I’m Joe Penrod, and as the founder and president of TellUSA, I am dedicated to spreading the Gospel and the hope of Jesus throughout our nation and the world. With a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Leadership from Liberty University, I have helped conduct evangelistic outreaches across over 50 college campuses in the United States, profoundly impacting students and communities.


I work closely with Dr. Rice Broocks, a leading voice in global evangelism and the founder of Every Nation churches and ministries. In this capacity, I play an essential role in his seminal outreach, "God's Not Dead," where we connect with college students to inspire belief and action in the gospel of Jesus.


I am blessed to be supported by my wonderful family, including my loving wife, Kaitlin, and our two beautiful daughters, Wynnie and Eloise. Our family is excited to welcome our third child soon, which adds even more joy to our mission of sharing faith and love with others.
